Shipping policies

All orders will ship within 3-7 business days from the date of payment unless otherwise stated (this does not include actual shipping time and your order may take the entire time frame to be completed. Once shipped, USPS First Class Mail takes 2-5 days to deliver unless you've upgraded to a faster shipping. Please make sure to factor this in to be sure you have enough time to receive your order before your event.). Special orders may take longer. All packages will be sent via USPS. All orders are sent via standard mail, unless noted otherwise.

We can only guarantee our timeline and are not responsible for the package once it is dropped off at USPS. Once the package leaves our hands it is solely dependent on the post office.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Each package is inspected for quality before shipping.

We are not responsible for:

• Additional costs for international shipping

• Delays or any other issues due to customs

• Delays in shipments due to incorrect addresses or other issues with the post office (or other package carriers)

• Damages due to shipping (unless an item has been packaged incorrectly)

• Any delay that results in a late arrival of your item
